Born on November 27, 1959, Abubakar, now 64 years old as of 2023, hails from the Etsako East local government area (LGA) of Edo state, where he completed his early education. His thirst for knowledge led him to pursue a degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Benin (UNIBEN).
